Located in Cecina-Toscolano in an old renovated lemon house 300 m from the beaches and the beautiful harbour. In a quiet area, surrounded by olive trees, it enjoys good views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. In a few minutes you reach the centre where there are pizzerias, shops, restaurants and the pharmacy. The apartment is a two-room apartment of 50 square meters on two levels and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. On the ground floor we find a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and furnished garden and on the first floor we have a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Comforts include the kitchen (4 burners), German coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. Sport and health: indoor pool 3 km away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero in Tignale), sailing and surfing at about 10 km at the Port of Tignale. WLAN ist eine Katastrophe. Da der Mobilfunk recht schwach ist, braucht es dringend besseres WLAN.
Ich fände es auch gut, wenn es irgendwie eine Rezeption geben würde, so dass man einen direkten Ansprechpartner hätte.

In der Wohnung mussten wir erst die Heizung anstellen, ansonsten hätten wir kein warmes Wasser gehabt. DenRouter mussten wir auch erst suchen und anschalten, sonst kein W-LAN. Insgesamt könnte die Betreuung und auch der Service verbessert werden.
