Located in Cecina-Toscolano in an old renovated lemon house 300 m from the beaches and the beautiful harbour. In a quiet area, surrounded by olive trees, it enjoys good views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. In a few minutes you reach the centre where there are pizzerias, shops, restaurants and the pharmacy.
The apartment is a two-room apartment of 50 square meters on two levels and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. On the ground floor we find a living room with sofa bed, kitchen and furnished garden and on the first floor we have a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Comforts include the kitchen (4 burners), German coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, satellite TV, Wi-Fi.

Jeden Donnerstag ist dort Markt. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Würde ich immer wieder hinfahren. |

Die mal Verbindung hat und mal nicht. Lieber darauf einstellen, dass es eine Internetfreie Bleibe ist. |

Wir haben uns auf einen privaten umzäunten Garten am Gardasee gefreut. In diesem Garten wohnt aber auch der Besitzer, mit seiner Katze und Besuchern (auch Kleinkinder) die im Garten sind. Wir haben liebe, verspielte und ein bisschen wilde Hunde. Der Besitzer ist Hunderfreundlich und wir konnten sie frei springen lassen, aber trotzdem mussten wir immer aufpassen, auch das Tor war an einem Tag einfach offen. Wir verstehen etwas anderes unter "privater Garten".

Das Inventar der Küche müsste ersetzt werden, es ist alt und zum Teil unappetitlich. Mit dem Müll hatten wir Mühe da unser Aufenthalt so gelegen ist das wir am Schluß nicht wussten wo wir ihn leeren sollen da keine Müllabfuhr war.

Bis vor zwei Jahren machten wir unseren Jahresurlaub mit unseren zwei Goldies immer an der Ostsee (Camping), wir sehr enttäuscht da alles in Sachen Camping total überlaufen ist und man keine ruhige Minute mit seinen Tieren hat. Hier haben wir den idealen Rückzugsort gefunden, nicht weit vom Hundestrand weg 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Im riesigen Garten (Olivenhain) haben die Tiere ungestörten Auslauf (Hohe Mauern um das gesamte Grundstück) man ist einfach ungestört und die Hunde können den ganzen Tag frei im Garten spielen. Die Pizzeria und das Restaurant sind lärmmäßig kein Problem und so gestaltet sich ein fauler Tag sehr einfach, zum Morgen- oder Nachmittagsespresso einfach zum „Nachbarn“ oder für die Pizza/Nudeln am Abend einfach ein Haus weiter im schönen Außenbereich oder gleich to Go und auf der eignen Terrasse speisen.
Für 2023 ist schon vorgemerkt! Klar die Unterkunft ist einfach aber so muss man sich keine Gedanken machen das Bello das Edelparkett zerkratzt. Tip: In den Sommermonaten unbedingt Klima dazu buchen! Privatparkplatz direkt am Haus und am Hundestrand die „blauen“ Parkplätze benutzen (am Besten mit der EasyPark App) die anderen sind reserviert. |
