You will be able to see in particular the San Marco Basin, the islands of the Lido, San Servolo, San Lazzaro degli Armeni, San Giorgio, which houses the Cini Foundation and the Compagnia della Vela (one of the oldest and most picturesque yacht clubs in the world) and the Giudecca, as well as Punta Della Dogana, the extreme tip of the Dorsoduro district (home to the Pinault Collection), the beginning of the Grand Canal and the bell tower of St. Mark's. It will be possible to organise unforgettable lunches and dinners, especially during the Redentore and New Year's Eve festivities, during which you can admire the spectacle of boats and fireworks on the lagoon. For a comfortable stay, the apartment has a fridge, microwave, cooking utensils, crockery and a dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and TV. It also has a second terrace at the back and a room used as a walk-in wardrobe, convenient for storing clothes and luggage. A well-stocked supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Near the building is the 'Arsenale' vaporetto stop, convenient for connections to Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station, Rialto and Marco Polo (VCE) airport and a water taxi stop.
