This recently restored modern and elegant apartment is located behind Piazza San Marco and has a double bedroom with capacity for 4 people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

Its location is strategic because in addition to being just a minute's walk from the Square, you can reach the Rialto Bridge and the famous Rialto Market in 4-5 minutes on foot. The nearest vaporetto stops are Rialto and San Zaccaria, from which you can easily reach the Railway Station and Piazzale Roma, Giudecca, Lido, the Biennale Gardens, and Marco Polo Airport.

A well-stocked supermarket is also located just 50 meters away.

For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with internet access (wi-fi), heating, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, iron, as well as all kitchen appliances and utensils.

Check-ins are possible from 3 PM to 7 PM. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required, and a rental contract will be compiled and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card held by the guests as a guarantee for damages.
