WLAN ist eine Katastrophe. Da der Mobilfunk recht schwach ist, braucht es dringend besseres WLAN.
Ich fände es auch gut, wenn es irgendwie eine Rezeption geben würde, so dass man einen direkten Ansprechpartner hätte.

Das Büro am Ankunftstag sollte eigentlich besetzt sein zwischen 15.00 und 18.00 Uhr. Wir waren pünktlich da, haben aber nur einen Zettel und den Schlüssel im Briefkasten vorgefunden. Eine Wegbeschreibung von der Tiefgarage war vorhanden. Den Weg zursee more

In der Wohnung mussten wir erst die Heizung anstellen, ansonsten hätten wir kein warmes Wasser gehabt. DenRouter mussten wir auch erst suchen und anschalten, sonst kein W-LAN. Insgesamt könnte die Betreuung und auch der Service verbessert werden.
