In the heart of Prabione, one of the most authentic and peaceful hamlets of Tignale, the Lucia apartment welcomes its guests in a carefully curated and relaxing atmosphere, where time seems to slow down to make room for the beauty of nature and the village. Renovated in 2023, this two-bedroom flat is a perfect balance between modernity and tradition: antique furniture and contemporary details meet in a harmonious space, designed to make every guest feel at home immediately.
Located in a panoramic position, it offers from its large balcony a breathtaking view over the rooftops of the village and the majestic Monte Baldo. The silence that surrounds it and the light that floods the rooms make every moment special, from outdoor breakfasts to peaceful evenings after a day of hiking.
A few steps away you will find the municipal swimming pool (free for guests from mid-June to the end of August), a new children's playground, the Alto Garda Park Visitor Centre, and a small restaurant with a bar and shop, perfect for immersing yourself in the simplicity of local life.
The apartment, located on the first floor, has an area of approximately 55 sqm and is ideal for 2-4 people. It consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a large panoramic balcony. Among the included comforts: induction hob, microwave, German coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. For the car there are several public car parks approximately 200 metres away.
For those who love outdoor activities, the area offers plenty of opportunities: trekking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, tennis, sailing and windsurfing at the nearby port of Tignale (about 7 km away), and the Bogliaco Golf Club just 13 km away.

The apartment Dante is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the two balconies, from the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 30 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.
A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam".
The apartment, located on the ground floor, is a 35 square meter studio that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one terrace with lake view and one with mountain view, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee maker, a microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5,00 per person for towels and € 8,00 per person for bed linen.
Soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöne Tarasse.
Sehr sauber, gute Bettwesche , sehr gute Handtücher im Bad. Viele Ablage möglichkeiten. Parkplatz am Haus was in diese Region wichtig ist. Uns hat sehr gut gefallen.

Service , Kontakt mit Mitarbeiten ausgezeichnet. Dorf, Umgebung sehr schön, die Menschen sehr freundlich. Die Feste im Dorf ein fantastiches Erlebniss für uns. Schade dass wir mit dem Hund nicht den Shuttel-Bus nutzen könnten. Im Freibad die Betreiber -Mitarbeiter sehr nett, freundlich Preisleistungsverheltnis sehr gut. Wir waren Glücklich dass die Tigniale-Card mit freien Eintritt ins Freibad und Rabatten für Restaurants und etc. uns zur verfügung stand. Wir hatten einfach wünderschönen Urlaub in Prabione und haben schon für nächsten Jahr vorgebucht. |

Supertolle Lage, ruhig aber alle in erreichbarer Nähe. Schöner grosser Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht af den Monte Baldo. Unserem Hund hat es auch toll gefallen. Der kleine Laden im Ort hat für den Notfall fast alles und in Tignale der Connad Supermasee more

Der kleine Laden im Ort hat für den Notfall fast alles und in Tignale der Connad Supermarkt hat lecker Bröthcen und alles was da Herz begehrt. Restaurants Al Torchio und Apoll XI sind sehr lecker us zu empfehlen. Parkplatz vorm Haus ist auch super.

Am besten hat uns das italienische Fliar in diesem kleinen Ort gefallen. Sogar ein Spielplatz unweit der Ferienwohnong war da, der in einem hervorragenden Zustand ist und wer möchte, kann sogar in das kleine Freibad gehen, welches ca. 800m von der Wohnung entfernt ist.
