Nestled in the tranquility of Prabione, a hamlet of Tignale, and just about 7 km from Lake Garda, the “Angelica 3” apartment offers a relaxing stay with a spectacular view of the lake and the majestic Monte Baldo. Tastefully furnished and carefully designed in every detail, this two-room apartment of approximately 50 sqm is the perfect choice for those looking for a vacation immersed in nature and comfort. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
The cozy interior features a bright living room with a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner stove, extractor hood, toaster, and German coffee machine, along with a comfortable double sofa bed. The spacious bedroom offers a relaxing atmosphere, while the modern bathroom is fitted with a shower. The real highlight of the apartment is the furnished balcony, ideal for admiring the views of the historic center, Lake Garda, and the surrounding mountains.
Guests have access to Wi-Fi in every room and an outdoor parking space. Bed linen and towels are included in the price, and pets are welcome free of charge.

The apartment Dante is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the two balconies, from the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 30 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam". The apartment, located on the ground floor, is a 35 square meter studio that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one terrace with lake view and one with mountain view, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee maker, a microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5,00 per person for towels and € 8,00 per person for bed linen. Soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment. De WiFi-ontvangt was slecht. Het signaal was zwak en viel vaak volledig weg. Dit gemeld aan de host, maar ook aan het verhuurbureau in Tignale. Hier is niet op gereageerd! In de keuken ontbrak een waterkoker. Dat we extra hebben moeten betalen voor hsee more

Die Lage war ruhig und trotzdem war alles gut zu erreichen. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse war einfach der Hammer! Kostenloser Shuttlebus zum Strand fand ich auch nen Super Service. Wir wollen nächstes Jahr wieder hin!

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt u. nach der Anmeldung mit umfangreichen Informationsmaterial Promo-Cards ausgestattet. Die FeWo selbst liegt im Ortsteil Prabione, 7 Autominuten von Gardola entfernt. Wohnungsbeschreibung: Parkplätze: direkt am Gebäude. Der Gebäudekomplex besteht aus 4 Wohnungseinheiten, 2 im EG u. 2 im OG (über eine Außentreppe zu erreichen). Ein Tor zur Terrasse bzw. an der Treppe schränkt den Zugang ein, Vorteil für Hundebesitzer oder Familien mit Kindern. Terrasse u. Balkon mit grandioser Sicht auf die Westseite des Sees sowie auf den Monte Baldo. Die EG-Whg. haben einen ca. 30 qm großen Garten, die OG-Whg. einen weit überdachten ca. 15 qm großen Balkon. Alle Außenbereiche sind mit Gartenmöbeln, Liegestühlen u. Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung machte einen extrem sauberen u. gepflegten Eindruck. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt (aus unserer Sicht) nur einen Backofen vermissen der Herd wird mit Gas betrieben. Freunde des italienischen Caffès sollten eine Caffèttiera mitbringen, diese ist auch nicht vorhanden gewesen. 40‘‘ TV m. deutschem Sat-TV vorhanden, WLAN in ausreichender Qualität, allerdings stabil nur auf dem Balkon u. im Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Westseite, Betten sind recht bequem, die SP38 mit mittelmäßigen Verkehr, der abends nachlässt, liegt ca. 25 m vom Haus entfernt. Das Bad ist groß u. hell u. mit Bidet u. geräumiger Dusche ausgestattet. Die Warmwasserversorgung findet über die Therme in der Küchenzeile statt bitte bei Ankunft vergewissern, dass nur die Warmwasserversorgung u. nicht zusätzlich die Heizung eingeschaltet ist (Drehschalter), da die Heizkosten nach den Mietbedingungen extra abgerechnet werden. Die Abreise: Schlüsselübergabe ohne Endkontrolle durch Briefkasteneinwurf an der Agentur! Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlende FeWo mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!
