Located in a panoramic position a few minutes from the beaches of Gargnano the "Piccolo Rustico" has 2 apartments, furnished with new and tasteful furniture. From the garden and terraces you can enjoy a splendid view of Lake Garda and the village. At 4 km there is the beach "Le Fontanelle", the centre of Gargnano where there are restaurants, pizzerias, a pharmacy and a doctor.
The apartment "Casaliva" is a two-room apartment of about 60 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. It has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one double bedroom and a mezzanine with double bed, bathroom with shower, terrace and garden. Comforts include a kitchen (4 burners and extractor fan), a German coffee machine, a kettle, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a parking space.
Sport and health: indoor pool 3 km away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero in Tignale), sailing and surfing at about 10 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 6 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt! 5 Minuten runter zum See und 5 Minuten hoch zum nächsten Dorf wo sich Läden befinden wo auch die einheimischen einkaufen! Ja, die Straße die als Rennstrecke von Motorrädern und Autos genutzt wird ist laut, aber wir fanden esee more

Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wahnsinnig schön und genau so wie auf den Bildern. Der Garten könnte etwas gepflegter sein, aber für unsere Hunde war es ein Paradies!!! Kurzum ein wunderschöner Urlaub!!!

Das kleine Häuschen hat eine tolle Lage, leider ist der Weg vom Autoparkplatz zum Haus etwas mühsam.

Eine Spülmaschine wäre toll. Auch der Duschkopf sollte mal erneuert werden.
