Villa Mignaga is located in a wonderful property surrounded by olive trees in the Bogliaco area, in Gargnano. At the disposal of this property a large portion of the garden and a terrace with a fascinating lake view. Villa Mignaga is located in a quiet location but still within walking distance of the center of Gargnano. The property that surrounds it is well cared for and ideal for a holiday lived in the luxury of this corner of paradise and in the relaxing village on the lake, defined by many as "Portofino del Garda". The villa is on two levels, is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort to make your stay comfortable and happy. It is also located in a strategic position for those who also want to play golf, in fact it is located a few kilometers from the "Golf Bogliaco".
The villa is about 250 square meters, is divided into two apartments and can accommodate from 2 to 8 people: on the ground floor there is a large living room with independent kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a wonderful private terrace with table and chairs , deck chairs, view of the lake and Mount Baldo. On the first floor we find the second apartment with living room and kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed. External parking, barbecue area and a large land complete the property.
Comforts include a kitchen with 5 burners and extractor fan, fridge with freezer, oven, German coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, wi-fi, two Italian-language televisions, private garden, barbecue area and parking space.
Sports and health: Mountain-Bikes (possibility to rent at the Ferrero Tabaccheria in Tignale), excursions, Nordic-walking, Sailing, kitesurfing and surfing 10 km away at the Port of Tignale. Golf at about 3 km (at Golf Bogliaco).

L'accesso alla villa passando per il viale privato di ulivi è magico.
La villa è enorme, ben suddivisa nei due piani e dotata di tutto, ha soddisfatto e superato le nostre aspettative.
La vista sul lago è magnifica.

Consigliamo l'installazione di un impianto di aria condizionata almeno nelle camere.
Purtroppo noi abbiamo soggiornato in una settimana caldissima ed abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire di notte.
