Description
The apartment Lince is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the two balconies, from the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 30 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.
A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam".
The apartment, located on the first floor, is a 45 square meter studio that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one balcony with lake view and one with mountain view, bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, a vacuum cleaner and a dishwasher, dishcloths, satellite TV, hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence.
Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which enables them to receive various discounts, for example:
• Guided hikes
• Nordic walking
• Free shuttle bus to and from the beach every day from April to October
• Free entry to the public swimming pool in Prabione - from June to August
• Discount in Restaurants, Cafés, etc.

Sehr schöne und vorallem super gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Uns fehlte in der Wohnung an nichts und es wurde sogar für unseren Hund ein Bett sowie Näpfe hingestellt. Der Blick auf den See ist Traumhaft und man ist fußläufig im Zentrum von Tignale.

Die Ferienwohnung La Linse liegt in einer Anlage mit 20 Einheiten. Wir waren von der Sauberkeit und Einrichtung wirklich positiv überrascht. Bis ins kleinste Detail war alles da, da hat sich jemand wirklich viel Gedanken gemacht und dies sehr liebevoll umgesetzt. Ein sehr schöner Ausgangspunkt, um den Gardasee und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Für alle, die es ruhig zur Entspannug lieben, eine Empfehlung.
