Nestled in the peaceful village of Gardola, a district of Tignale, "Girasole" is a 90 sqm three-room apartment, built in 2024 and furnished in a modern style to offer maximum comfort. Located about 7 km from Lake Garda, it is the perfect choice for families or couples of friends looking for a relaxing holiday in nature without giving up the convenience of nearby services.
The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including an induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher. It is also stocked with small appliances such as a German-style coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, and kettle. The two double bedrooms provide cozy and well-organized spaces, while the two modern bathrooms with showers ensure privacy and practicality.
Outside, the private terrace is ideal for enjoying outdoor breakfasts or dinners in good company, with a table and chairs available for guests. The shared garden, furnished with an elegant sitting area, sun loungers, and a parasol, offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring and hiking around the lake. The apartment is also equipped with a satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine with detergent included, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

The apartment Dante is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the two balconies, from the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 30 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam". The apartment, located on the ground floor, is a 35 square meter studio that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one terrace with lake view and one with mountain view, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee maker, a microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5,00 per person for towels and € 8,00 per person for bed linen. Soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment. Im hinteren Band funktionierte die Heizung nicht
Ein Schuhregal und eine Garderobe im Eingangsbereich würde sehr helfen.
Sowie eine Aufbewahrung für eigene Shampooflaschen in der Dusche.
