The apartment "Elisa" is located on the panoramic road with a direct view of Lake Garda, which leads to the ancient village of Aer. Lake Garda is just 7 km from the apartment.
The apartment was renovated and lovingly furnished in May 2021. It is therefore equipped with every comfort and has its own entrance and a reserved parking space.
The special highlight of the apartment is its wonderful view of Lake Garda, which you can enjoy on the spacious terrace. This wonderful view of Monte Baldo and the dreamy village of Gardola, whose center is only a few minutes' walk away and has several restaurants, pizzerias, shops, a pharmacy, bike rental, a butcher's and a bakery, is rounded off.
The apartment is a spacious three-room apartment of approx. 60 square meters and offers space for 2 to 4 people. It is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with bunk beds, a large bathroom with shower and a large terrace of approx. 40 square meters.
The two bedrooms are separated from each other by a curtain.
One of the advantages of the apartment is the kitchen, which is equipped with 4 hotplates, an extractor hood and a dishwasher. Furthermore, a German coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer and a Tassimo are available. The living room has a satellite TV and a radio. On the terrace there are 2 relaxing chairs, a lounge seating area and a sun sail.

- Tennis court 300 m away
- Mountain bike (possibility to rent it in the Tabaccheria Ferrero)
- Sailing and surfing approx. 7 km away in the port of Tignale

The apartment Dante is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the two balconies, from the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 30 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.
A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam".
The apartment, located on the ground floor, is a 35 square meter studio that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one terrace with lake view and one with mountain view, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee maker, a microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5,00 per person for towels and € 8,00 per person for bed linen.

Als erstes möchte ich diese wunderschöne detailverliebte Wohnung erwähnen. Wir waren jetzt schon drei Mal am Gardasee aber dieser Urlaub war mit Abstand der erholsamste.

Als erstes möchte ich diese wunderschöne detailverliebte Wohnung erwähnen. Wir waren jetzt schon drei Mal am Gardasee aber dieser Urlaub war mit Abstand der erholsamste.
Die Einrichtung war sehr hochwertig. Von der Ausstattung fehlte für unsere Begriffe nichts. Die Entfernung zum See war zwar 2 km entfernt aber dafür hatten wir fast keine Touristen um uns, viel Ruhe und einen sensationellen Ausblick. Falls man Lust auf Gesellschaft hatte, konnte man bequem zu Fuß 10 Minuten laufen und war Ruck zuck im Restaurant. Auf dem Weg dorthin kam man auch bei einem Spielplatz vorbei. Für kleiner Kinder top. Wir erkundeten auch die Wasserfallrunde. Das war allerdings nur was für Hartgesottene. Festes Schuhwerk ist dort echt vom Vorteil. Hat aber für unsere 9 jährige echt Spaß gemacht. Ein echtes Abenteuer. Übrigens gibt es auf den Weg zu den Restaurants ein super Eiskaffee. Es hieß Celateria. Super Ausblick auf der Terrasse und das beste Eis in der Nähe und überhaupt. |

Aussicht ein Traum, Terasse einfach super, auch dank 2 Sonnenschirmen. Fußläufig von Restaurants und Supermarkt gelegen. Der Ort selber ist genial, angenehme Mischung aus Touristen und Einheimischen.
