The apartment Flair is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 35 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.
A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam".
The apartment, located on the ground floor, is a 35 square meter studio that can accommodate 3 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for a child (length 180cm), one terrace with lake view and and a second shady 10 square meter terrace with a 12 square meter lawn., bathroom with shower and a washing machine, and bedroom with double bed ( 160cmx200cm). The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee maker, a microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence. The apartment has been recently renovated with a new bedroom and a new sofa bed.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5,00 per person for towels and € 8,00 per person for bed linen.

Soap, oil, salt, pepper are not available in the apartment.


Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which enables them to receive various discounts, for example:

Located on the ground floor, this 50 m² apartment is perfect for 2 to 3 people. It features a bright living room with sofa bed and modern kitchenette, a comfortable double bedroom, a practical wash area with sink, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need: induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, German-style coffee machine and washing machine. Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning (available for a fee) ensure full comfort. A private garage is located just 20 meters from the apartment.

Guests also have free access to the swimming pool of a nearby residence, just 300 meters away – the perfect place to unwind on warm summer days.

For those who love sports and outdoor activities, the area is full of opportunities. You can enjoy hiking, Nordic walking, tennis, mountain biking or try water sports such as sailing, windsurfing and kitesurfing at the Tignale harbor. Golf enthusiasts will find the Bogliaco Golf Club just 13 km away.
