Overlooking the historic heart of the village and the little church of San Bernardo, with partial views of Lake Garda and the majestic Monte Baldo, this apartment offers a peaceful and authentic experience of Tignale life. Just 700 meters away, Gardola offers everything you need – restaurants, pizzerias, local shops – all within walking distance.
The apartment spans about 100 m² across two floors and comfortably hosts 2 to 6 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a bright living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a terrace equipped with table and deck chairs – perfect for al fresco dining. Upstairs, two spacious double bedrooms each open onto a balcony, and there’s a second modern bathroom with shower.
You’ll have everything you need: induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, German coffee machine, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. A public parking area is available just a few meters away.

Our Borgo was born on a land full of traditions and passion for wine, until the 70s it was the cradle of a beautiful vineyard, which the old owner takes care of like a son. We built the Resort surrounded by a lot of green space, between the scent of acacias, firs and flowers.

The apartment "Il Mosto" is located on the first floor and in the centre of the BnB Borgo Le Vigne Resort.
A very large and bright environment just to recreate the light of the beautiful days that Lake Garda offers throughout the season, an ideal accommodation if you need spaces and privacy in the same way.
"Il Mosto" is furnished with different styles and furniture to give character also to your holiday, pampered by the sun and by the sight of the large windows.
A large wooden table on the terrace allows you to have dinner, read or have an aperitif with your eyes and your spirit with the fantastic view of Lake Garda, the village and the Monte Baldo, surrounded by a relaxing tranquillity.
After a day spent walking in nature, swimming in the pool or exploring the streets of the centre, the small wellness centre "La Vigna" awaits you.
You will come home with a luggage of sensations and well-being.
The apartment is a three-room apartment of about 80 square meters located on the first floor and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. It is composed of a large living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, a mezzanine with a third double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a large balcony with lake view and a parking space.
Comforts include a kitchen with 4 burners and an extractor fan, a microwave oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a German coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a courtesy set in the kitchen, dish detergent, a duster and an American placemats set, hairdryer and courtesy set in the bathroom, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, drying rack, umbrella and two deck chairs. In the apartment there are candles, vacuum cleaner or centralized vacuum cleaner, heating, air conditioning and a welcome gift. In common with the other apartments we have a huge furnished garden, a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Breakfast, heated Infinity pool and wellness center (not accessible to people under 16) are included in the price.
From the Season 2025, the Borgo le Vigne Resort will be ONLY ADULTS.
Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 800 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them directly in the “Borgo le Vigne”), hiking, nordic-walking, sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
On the day of arrival, our guests receive two discount cards (TIGNALE CARD and REBOMA CARD) which enables them to receive various discounts, for example:

The apartment "Il Grano" is located in the hamlet of Oldesio (Tignale), in an absolutely panoramic position, about 7 km away. from Lake Garda. "Il Grano " is part of the characteristic "Rustico Il Melograno", typical house of the place, renovated with great care so as not to distort the typicality of the building. Furnished with a refinement of details in a contemporary rustic style that creates a warm and romantic atmosphere. It has every comfort to make your holiday relaxing. On the particular roof terrace, you can rest while admiring the fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Guests have at their disposal a small furnished common patio, with barbecue and a parking space. At approx. 2 km is the centre of Gardola, within walking distance, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops etc. at approx. 3 km the municipal swimming pool ", the Visitor Center. In a few minutes by car or with the transfer (free for our customers) we reach the well-equipped beach" Pra dela Fam ".

Es war eiskalt im Haus, als wir ankamen. Die Innentemperatur betrug 12.5 Grad. Es hat 24 Stunden gedauert, bis es halbwegs warm wurde. Der Hinweis, heizen ist teuer in Italien... war in diesem Fall unangebracht.

Wir waren zu fünft und haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr geräumig. Vom oberen Balkon sieht man den Gardasee, vom unteren großen nicht. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, stört das nicht. Wir können die Wohnusee more
