A few steps from the historic centre of the town, where you will find a restaurant, a pizzeria and a small shop, this holiday home combines comfort with the simplicity of a typical local style. Furnished in a functional and welcoming way, it is perfect for those seeking relaxation, nature and authenticity.
The spacious panoramic terrace is the true jewel of the house: here you can enjoy breakfast with the singing of birds or relax at sunset, with your gaze lost between the lake and the mountains. Just about 400 metres away you can find a small shop and a bar-pizzeria, while the centre of Gardola, with shops, bars, restaurants and services, is easily reachable in a few minutes by car.
The apartment is a three-room flat of about 70 sqm and arranged on a single level, suitable for hosting 2 to 4 people. It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds (single bed with the possibility of extracting a second bed from underneath) a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with lake view and Monte Baldo view simply spectacular.
Among the amenities present: kitchen with 3 gas hobs and 1 electric, oven, microwave, German coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine. The apartment has a private parking space, sheets and towels. The large terrace is furnished with sunbeds, umbrella, garden furniture and is fenced, a perfect feature for those who want to spend their holiday without worries together with their 4-legged friend.

The apartment Dante is located in a small residence consisting of 20 apartments located in Tignale (Olzano) and offers a wonderful view of the lake. From the two balconies, from the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 30 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.
A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam".
The apartment, located on the ground floor, is a 35 square meter studio that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one terrace with lake view and one with mountain view, bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee maker, a microwave, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, they have an extra cost of € 5,00 per person for towels and € 8,00 per person for bed linen.
