Just 7 km from Lake Garda, the apartment offers the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to the lake’s vibrant atmosphere.
The location is central yet quiet. Within walking distance, you’ll find Gardola – the main village – where you can enjoy traditional restaurants, pizzerias, small local shops and the welcoming rhythm of everyday Italian life.
Located on the ground floor, this 50 m² apartment is perfect for 2 to 3 people. It features a bright living room with sofa bed and modern kitchenette, a comfortable double bedroom, a practical wash area with sink, and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need: induction hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, German-style coffee machine and washing machine. Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning (available for a fee) ensure full comfort. A private garage is located just 20 meters from the apartment.
Guests also have free access to the swimming pool of a nearby residence, just 300 meters away – the perfect place to unwind on warm summer days.

The apartment "La Vinaccia" is located at the head of the BnB Borgo Le Vigne Resort and like all our accommodations has an independent entrance.
The colours of the earth, typical of the vineyards, warmly envelop the atmosphere of this quiet apartment, ideal if you are looking for moments of pure relaxation but with the certainty of finding everything at your fingertips.
The refined furnishings and all the comforts that you find in the apartment "La Vinaccia" will make your stay pleasantly interesting.
The terrace with a wonderful view of Lake Garda and the historic centre of Tignale will be your favourite space. Sipping a good glass of wine, reading a good book or simply looking at the view you will feel in tune with the world and the nature that surrounds you. The apartment is a three-room apartment of about 65 square meters located on the first floor and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It is composed of a large living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a large balcony with lake view and a parking space.
Comforts include a kitchen with 4 burners and an extractor fan, a microwave oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a German coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a courtesy set in the kitchen, dish detergent, a duster and an American placemats set, hairdryer and courtesy set in the bathroom, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, drying rack, umbrella and two deck chairs. In the apartment there are candles, vacuum cleaner or centralized vacuum cleaner, heating, air conditioning and a welcome gift. In common with the other apartments we have a huge furnished garden, a washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Breakfast, heated Infinity-pool and wellness center (not accessible to people under 16) are included in the price.
From the Season 2025, the Borgo le Vigne Resort will be ONLY ADULTS.
Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 800 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them directly in the “Borgo le Vigne”), hiking, nordic-walking, sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

The apartment "L'Acqua Vite" is located on the ground floor at the head of the BnB Borgo Le Vigne Resort with a small but lovely private and fenced garden.
Blue is its color, fresh as the clean air you breathe in Tignale and witty like the grape distillate from which it takes its name. As in all the apartments of the Borgo, even here you will be enchanted looking at the spectacular view of Lake Garda and the village of Tignale.
